What to wear to a concert in the winter?

I'm going to a Lady Gaga concert in less than 2 weeks and I don't know what to wear because of the cold. I don't want to overdress and be hot during the actual concert but I also know I'm going to be standing outside for awhile. At the same time I still want to look fashionable. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks
