A "Pobjoy Mint" 5 Pound GIBRALTAR ELIZABETH II 1999 "MILLENNIUM 2000" coin in plastic case inside felted jewelry case. The coin is supposedly titanium. I know nearly nothing about coins. Could anyone guess whether this coin will raise or drop in value?
