Who has ceramic/zirconium dental implants, and do you like them?

I've had one zirconium implant - lower molar- for one year now and am very happy with it. Mine was done in Germany by a dentist with 10 yrs track record with zirconium. I can't have metal. He does a two- step process if possible. Extraction with immediate implant if there's enough bone, crown placement after 3 months. Cost around 1500 €. Dr. Peter Gerstenberg. He serves many dental tourists btw.
