I just ordered my new computer. Could someone take a look and see if it had good "stuff" like graphic card?

Yeah that is enough. If you built a computer yourself which could be easily done if you follow tutorials, then you could have save a couple hundred bucks. But oh well, the alienwares look baller anyways.
