How to remove Nortan Antivirus 2011 completely from computer?

So when i got my computer it came with 60 days of nortan that expired and i uninstalled it and got micro titanium antivirus. But i got some lik problems with computer so i system restored it to about 2 weeks before. So now it's back when Nortan was still on. Problem is Nortan wont uninstall at all. i tried perfect uninstaller but i put all the nortan files into the recycle bin and cleared them out so now when i try titanium antivirus it keeps telling me nortan is in terfering with it. What do i do?
