How to Restore Laptop HELP?

Im looking to restore my Laptop back to factory mode so its brand new erasing everything I have on it except windows 7 which was already on it when I bought the laptop. The laptop is a Gateway NV Series. At the time I bought it GeekSqaud gave me 3 discs labeled Gateway recovery 1/3, 2/3, 3/3. Im unsure as to use the discs because I put one in and all it did was open it up with a bunch of selections. Someone please help!
