Ford Mondeo MK4 Sat Nav/Radio Help?

I Recently got a Titanium X with the touch screen nav radio in, When I 1st power up the car the buttons seem to work fine for the 1st few seconds but after that only the menu button on the bottom left will work, (touch screen fine, just the outside buttons) Radio, Nav, Map buttons ect all don't work, The only way I can get to cd player ect.. is to push menu then use the voice control to get to what I want , The fan speed and climate buttons under the radio also stop working, Also when the nav is on, It says the street name but there is no map, It just has like my position in the middle of the screen, Does anyone have any ideas about this?
