What to wear to a job interview at kohls?

There is no such thing as over dressing for a job interview. The general rule of thumb is to dress one step up from the employee dress code. So if they where nice shirts and pants, your outfit is perfect. A black tie with the blue shirt would be ideal for colors. You do not wanna be too flashy. You wanna wear a blue or white shirt, with either a blue, red, or black tie. Black pants and clean dress shoes. A nice watch would also look good. To pull it off I strongly would suggest getting a tie clip, as they make you look very well put together and responsible. Don't wear cologne either. These are basic guide lines on what to wear to a job interview, and people at Kohls will be well aware of as they sell dress clothes. They will appreciate you taking the time to really prepare for an interview with them. The resume would not be needed in all likelihood, but bring one anyways.
