Job interview... I need help!!!?

I'm having an interview tomorrow at a gym.... i know it sounds like a stupid question but does that mean i still have to dress all professional and stuff???? at my current job i didnt have to dress up and it was fine so i just dont know if dressing up for an interview at the gym would me considered doing to much. I dont want to overdress. so do what should I do?
