Who has ceramic/zirconium dental implants, and do you like them?

I'm thinking of going with them instead of titanium, after much research. does anyone have them or know of anyone that has them, and how are they doing?. I know ceramic implants are pretty new in the US, but more available in other countries. also if a dentist has experience with the titanium, does this mean he is capable of doing a good job with ceramic also?.
