Teen fashion advise? help?

So, I am thirteen and in eighth grade. I want some clothing that is a little different then all the others, but not to far out. Forever 21 is okay, sometimes their clothes are a little too over the top. Delias is good, and I also like Pacsun. Stores that aren't "branded" too much like Hollister and Abercrombie. I want a more high fashion/withoubeing overdressed look. I live in MI so the weather is bipolar. lovely, isn't it? Well. This is probably hard to answer, but bless the sould who could help me out with tips & tricks on how to dress fashionably in the spring.
