Can liquid nitrogen freeze titanium?

Titanium metal is a solid at normal room temperature. It melts at 3000C as you state. Therefore at any temperature below this, the metal is frozen - in accordance with the definition of frozen. If you treat the metal with liquid nitrogen you reduce the temperature to -210C . But this does not make it any more frozen than it is at 25C
