Where to buy long post hypoallergenic earrings?

I recently pierced my ears and found out from my doctor I am allergic to the 14 kt gold earrings they pierced my ears with. I have fat ear lobes so I need a long post earring and need to replace the earrings so I do not have to let the holes close and have to repierce them. Where can I buy long post hypoallergenic (titanium or surgical steel) earrings? Please do not suggest Claires, Icing, or Piercing Pagoda. I have already called and none of those stores carries it.
