What branch of parapsychology does this fall under?

Alright, I've been searching and searching for someone with similar experiences and the best I got was some girl who thinks she hears voices. Serious answers only please, none of that, "Oh, you've just got a really BIG imagination." or, "You need to see a psychiatrist." I know what my cousin is and she is NOT crazy. Here goes: feeling voices. Sounds trippy, yeah, but I know it has to fall under some branch of parapsychology. Knowing what others are thinking because of how they feel. It's like they don't think in formed words rather in the meaning of words. One example: Laundromat, one in the afternoon, sitting in a chair watching the TV and suddenly one feels the "thought" of "She's way too overdressed for washing clothes." One looks over and sees a female staring blankly at another female with dressy attire. Another example: watching a mother of twins walk to a table in a restaurant and suddenly feeling, "I am miserable." as the mother of two sits her children to down to eat. If you think you know under which category this falls, please respond, if not, then don't. Oh, and if anyone has experienced the same phenomenon (I call it this because as far as I know, it's not something others, including myself, have experienced) I would be happy to hear what you have to say.
