Ladies, do you feel uncomfortable when your date overdresses to parks, picnics, and lunches?

It's a probably a turn off. I hate it when women dress inappropriately for the activity so I'm sure women feel the same way about guys. What would you think of a guy who showed up for a formal event wearing ripped up jeans and a dirty t shirt?
