How to remove titanium dioxide from food processors using chemicals?

I work for a company that produces food. We frequently have a 20 hour build up of titanium dioxide in our kitchens. Does anyone know of a company or chemicals that can aid in the removal of the titanium dioxide from food contact surfaces using minimal mechanical force?
