How to install anti virus?

I bought titanium anti virus, trend micro, and i installed it.. everything was fine, and i removed the installation disk, and when i turn my computer the next day the anti virus wasn't installed. so i tried to is tall it again , and it says there is an error, pro ably because i installed it 2 days ago, what can i do? can i remove the installation disk after installing it?
