Good smart phones for verizon/AT&T. T-mobile sucks!?

Androids are good phones and there are a lot of different kinds to choose from...I have the incredible and its awesome and isn't so big....there's great fun free apps that I can dwnload...I had two blackberrys in the past and they always broke, froze and there isn't that much cool apps you can put on them
